Use this page to get help with account access, app issues, privacy requests, Pioneer onboarding, integrations, and general Dots-In questions.
How to Contact Support
Email us at pioneer@dotsin.ai. Include your name, the email used in Dots-In, the page or feature affected, screenshots if useful, and a short description of what happened.
Support Hours
We aim to respond to support messages within 2 to 5 business days. Response times may vary during launches, beta programs, or high-volume periods.
Account and Login Help
- Confirm that you are using the same email address used for your waitlist, Pioneer, or onboarding submission.
- Check spam or promotions folders for verification or invitation emails.
- If a link expired or does not work, contact support and include the email address associated with the request.
Bug Reports
- Tell us what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Share the device, operating system, browser or app version, and approximate time of the issue.
- Avoid sharing passwords, financial details, government IDs, or highly sensitive personal information in support emails.
Privacy and Deletion Requests
For privacy, correction, export, or deletion requests, email support with the subject line “Privacy Request” or “Data Deletion Request”. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Business and API Support
For pilot, research, or integration discussions, use the same support email and include your organization, role, intended use case, and preferred contact details.
