Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Dots-In on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms, joining programs, or creating an account.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
- Use Dots-In only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or violates another person’s rights.
Programs, Waitlists, and Access
Access to waitlists, pilot programs, Pioneer programs, research opportunities, or beta features may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, employment, compensation, partnership, or continued access.
Intellectual Property
Dots-In, including its name, design, software, models, text, visuals, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Dots-In by Assessli. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted in writing.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to use it to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content you provide.
Disclaimers
Dots-In is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. AI-assisted features should be evaluated by users before relying on them for important decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dots-In by Assessli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates risk for the service, or if continued access is no longer commercially or legally practical. Users may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion where applicable.
